Guacamole is more than just a delicious dip. You can use it on many regular recipes as it is great with anything and everything. It makes everything delicious and also adds nutritional benefits as it contains monounsaturated fats, fiber, potassium, and more. 

Get creative with your guacamole by adding a dollop in your burgers, slathering it in your favorite spaghetti dish, layering it in your tacos, or serving it alongside grilled salmon or chicken.

1. Guacamole Fish Taco

Tacos are a no-brainer weeknight dinner option. They are a staple in your meal. Your whole family loves them, and they are easy to whip up. The best part is you can customize your tacos however you like because there are endless taco topping options. 

The next time you crave tacos for dinner, make a guacamole and fish taco. The tender and juicy fish pairs beautifully with the creamy, zesty, and mildly spicy guacamole. You can serve it smooth or chunky. 

2. Chicken Burger

There are no hard and fast rules to what you can put on your chicken burger. You can load it with any veggies, cheese, and sauce of preference. And if you love guacamole, just put them on your chicken burger. The guacamole adds a refreshing and light touch to the otherwise greedy burger.

Another recipe using guacamole and eggs is guacamole deviled eggs. A deviled egg is typically stuffed with mayonnaise, dijon mustard, and egg yolk mixture, but in this version, the guacamole adds a playful twist to a classic recipe.

Remove the egg yolk from the halved hard-boiled egg and mix it with guacamole. Add salt, chili flakes, and pepper to guac-yolk mixture. Scoop spoonfuls of this mixture into the halved eggs and sprinkle chili powder and cilantro.

Guacamole pork burritos are simple and delicious and combine tender pork, creamy guacamole, and fresh vegetables. You can buy the shredded pork or make it by slow-cooking pork shoulder in chicken broth with onion, garlic, and salt in an instant pot.
